Rabbit farming at Ntakye is not a standalone venture — it anchors the entire circular system. Rabbit manure and urine are the primary inputs for our organic fertilizer and liquid pesticide production, making the livestock unit both a protein source and a soil amendment factory. We operate a commercial cuniculture facility at Busoke with a capacity of 2,000 rabbits, managing breeding, in-house feed formulation, and a growing out-grower network focused on youth and women across Central Uganda.
