Agriculture propels pro-poor economic growth in rural areas, encouraging entrepreneurship for job creation and development. Ntakye provides full-time employment for eight youth across livestock, crop production, and energy units, alongside approximately 30 indirect jobs in logistics, mechanical, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, and construction. Additionally, to further sustainable economic growth, Ntakye hosts St. Elizabeth Children of Africa Primary School twice a year, educating and inspiring around eighty children and teachers about the entire agribusiness operation, from livestock to crop management and technologies.
